Thank you for your request for information dated 5 September 2015 concerning performance related pay schemes in our MENA region. Your request has been handled under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 2000 and has been passed to me for reply.

An increase of 1% to 3.5% depending on the rating
In centres where performance related pay has been introduced what type of annual moderation has been implemented?
Moderation panels of managers to ensure fairness and consistency
Under which employment laws do overseas offices operate, local or British?
Local law, although there are a small number of staff who are on UK contracts.
