In a new discussion paper, the British Council’s Senior Conflict and Stability Adviser Sheelagh Stewart looks at how language, culture and education can help young people build their resilience to violent extremist narratives and engage positively with public institutions, thereby laying a strong foundation for longer-term structural change.
