The 2023 conference will bring together approximately 350 leaders of international tertiary education from an audience of Ministers and senior government officials; Senior institution leaders; Funders of international education; Heads of sector bodies; Heads of multinational associations of universities and industry leaders.

Complimentary
  • Invited speakers and guests – those who have received a formal invitation from the British Council. 
  • Sponsors – those from sponsoring organisations who are entitled to complimentary passes. 
  • Media – a valid press/media ID card is required and should be presented upon collection of their conference pass. 
  •  Volunteers – British Council staff who are contributing their time to managing sessions/visits during the conference. 
  • Organising committee - those who sit on the core GG 2023 Working Group
