The British Council has commissioned research on behalf of the UK Skills Partnership which aims to develop a robust estimate of how much skills sector exports contribute to the UK economy. Being able to articulate the value of skills in this way will be of benefit to the entire sector from a policy perspective, shine a positive light on the UK skills sector and support the UK International Education Strategy.

We need the help of all UK skills organisations to complete an online survey to indicate whether they export or not and help identify the value and type of any exports. The Research Base (an independent research organisation) is undertaking this survey on our behalf and all the information provided will remain confidential. Nobody outside The Research Base will have access to any linked financial information.

If you are a UK registered FE College, independent training provider, sector skills organisation, National Skills Academy, Chartered Body/Institute, Awarding Organisation, skills technology or classroom supplier, skills consultancy or any public or private organisation delivering skills products and service please complete this short survey.

The closing date is 17 January 2022. We look forward to sharing the results soon afterwards.

If you have any questions about the survey, please email Emma Stuart at The Research Base or if you have questions about the research more generally email Chris Cooper  at the British Council.
