The British Council is seeking a UK College to work in collaboration with the Moroccan Department for Vocational Training (DFP) and the Office for Vocational Training (OFPPT) to inform and support the implementation and practice of quality assurance for TVET institutions in Morocco, in line with the Moroccan National Qualification Framework (CNC) requirements. The selected supplier will work in partnership with the Moroccan DFP and OFPPT and three colleges, to review current quality assurance guidance and self-evaluation templates, focussing on the effectiveness of employer engagement, career guidance and soft skills. 

The UK College should have experience and knowledge in quality assurance for TVET and a willingness to develop future partnership work with counterparts in Morocco. 

Expected deliverables from the project are a team of National Champions to advocate for quality assurance in TVET in Morocco, guidelines and templates on quality assurance, self-evaluation and action improvement planning as well as a ‘current state’ and final report. 

The expected start date for activities is Monday 20 February 2023 and the project end date is 15 December 2023. 

The deadline for submission of proposals by potential suppliers is Friday 10 February 2023
