Eligibility
  • Strong research portfolio, evidenced by previous projects
  • Expertise internationally in an education context and preferably in Mexico and Latin America
  • Two or more published reports in peer review journals or that have made significant contributions to policy
  • Experience on Basic and Middle Higher Education

a shared venture between the British Council, the National Institute of the Evaluation of Education (INEE) and the Organization of Iberoamerican States (OEI), this project AIMs TO DEVELOP AND PILOT A SELF-EVALUATION METHODOLOGY AND TOOLS FOR MEXICAN SCHOOLS.

Through Mexico’s Education Reform (2012) the National Institute of the Evaluation of Education has been commissioned to lead on the evaluation of the quality, performance and results of the Mexican National Educational System (SEN) with the central purpose to improve the quality of education.

This proposed pilot project builds the foundation for more autonomy, better quality in education and better capacity at school and local authority level to formulate strategies and plans for overall improvement and achievement of better results.
