We are currently seeking graphic design agencies that have the creativity and design capabilities to bring our arts programmes to life.

The British Council commissions graphic design services on a roster basis. For the last few years we have been working with a set of design agencies across our portfolio. The roster has now expired and in our renewal of the roster this year, we are establishing a new roster exclusively for our arts programme.

We are looking for graphic design agencies that have experience of working on arts and culture projects to work with us over the next two years.

Application process:

Applications are accepted through our online tender portal.

Applicants must first register their company on the portal here: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil/aspx/Registration before accessing the documentation on the listing here: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil/aspx/ProjectManage/1184

Applicants must first review all of the documentation before filling out the forms. There are a number of questions that must be completed to outline your approach and company set up. We also ask for a portfolio of up to eight projects, ideally related to arts and culture clients and ask some questions about your studio set up and your approach to creative briefs.

If you have any questions about the documentation, please submit these through the tender portal. NB the deadline for clarification questions is 13 February 2020.

The deadline for submitting applications is 11 AM (GMT) Friday 28 February 2020.

Assessment of applications will take place in March with a view to setting up the roster from April 2020.
