Our projects in Wider Europe are delivered in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Kosovo, Macedonia, Serbia and Ukraine.
In 2014 Active Citizens expanded to the Ukraine. Following a scoping visit to Kyiv, we focused programme design on working with youth in developing behaviour and skills which promote intercultural dialogue and conflict resolution across the whole of Ukraine, and others affected specifically by the conflict in the East of Ukraine.

From York to Serbia: Luke Rodgers' incredible journey
Luke Rodgers, 21, of York, spent a lot of his childhood living in foster care. Inspired by his experiences and funded by UnLtd, Luke created Foster Focus to support and mentor other looked-after children.
Inspired by his experience in Serbia, Luke has now created the Through their Eyes project, which aims to document the lives of the Roma children he met in Belgrade.
