A qualified Chartered Accountant, Richard is a seasoned Chief Financial Officer who has overseen finance functions in the NHS and the BBC. He spent 17 years at the BBC in five different roles, the last one being Chief Operating Officer for the BBC World Service Group. Most recently, Richard has served as Director of Strategic Finance for the NHS South West London STP (Strategic Transformation Programme).
