HOW TO APPLY FOR IELTS

You can apply for IELTS in person at our Information Centre or send in your application by post.

APPLYING AT OUR INFORMATION CENTRE

Before you come:

  1. Download IELTS application form (Icon of Adobe Acrobat, image © Adobe Systems 4.55 MB)
    Download IELTS application form (completed sample Icon of Adobe Acrobat, image © Adobe Systems 908 KB)
  2. Fill it in with your details and sign it
  3. Bring it with you when you visit us

You also need to bring with you:

  • Two passport-sized photographs. Photographs must meet requirements.
  • Original and photocopy of your Valid passport

The test fee is NT$5100. The application fee is only accepted in cash if you submit your form in person at our information centre.

If you want to send us your application by post:

2.Fill it in with your details and sign it  (Please indicate either Taipei or Kaohsiung is your preferred test centre)

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Starting from 1  November 2007, you need to get a Unique Customer Number through our website. This number is necessary when you register for IELTS by post. You must ask the bank clerk to indicate this number when you transfer the test fee to us. Failure to provide the Customer Unique Number or use an ATM or online transfer will lead to incomplete IELTS registration. Please note that getting this number does not mean you have completed the registration. You will still need to follow the registration procedures.
