PLACEMENT TEST AND COUNSELLING SERVICES

If you are a new student to the British Council you will need to take a placement test (NT$250) in order to assess your current level of English. Our counselling staff will help you select the course which is most suitable for you in terms of your needs and level of English. The procedure takes about 50 minutes and the result is valid for a six-month period. If you have taken an IELTS test within the last six months you only need to take the writing test and the oral interview which takes about 25-30 minutes. This is free of charge.  Please bring your IELTS report with you when coming for the interview (for IELTS/Adults/Academic Writing courses only).

You need to make an appointment for the placement test by contacting 02 8722 1031/4 or email.
