Global Xchange Programme Supervisor (based in Multan)
Pattan Development Organization in collaboration with the British Council Pakistan and Voluntary Services Overseas is initiating the second Global Xchange Programme (GXP).
GXP builds active global citizens, committed to working for positive change. This programme works with 18-25 year olds from the UK and Pakistan giving young people the opportunity to live and work together in communities as volunteer on a six-month exchange, with 3 months in each country.
Each cross-culture team of volunteers is supported by two Programme Supervisors, one from Pakistan and one from the UK. The Programme Supervisor will ideally be a female, graduate and older than 25 years of age. Saraiki language skills are essential. The Pakistan Programme Supervisor is responsible for developing the programme in the Pakistani host communities in Muzaffargarh and with their UK counterpart, for facilitating the implementation of the six-month programme in both phases.

Community Xchange Programme Supervisor (based in Lahore)
Community Xchange is an international professional development programme for community workers/activists working directly with youth to develop active citizens globally for making a positive difference to the community. It links a group of community leaders from an overseas community through professional development modules, online collaboration and two three week reciprocal visits to the communities.
We are seeking someone with an understanding of the issues facing young people in a local community context, sound understanding of issues affecting the local community, and cross-cultural and intercultural working expertise.

Typical hours:
Monday to Friday - 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and/or 01:00 p.m. to 05:00 p.m. (can be changed depending on the duration of an exam). Usually twice/thrice a week. Please refer to the exams timetable.
