The British Council is the United Kingdom’s international organisation for education and cultural relations, and currently has offices in 110 countries. Its core activities are in the areas of English language teaching, examinations, education, arts, science, governance, development projects and exchange of scholarships.

The British Council Jordan has a vacancy for Customer Service Officer.

The post holder’s main responsibilities will be to deliver quality information services, promote and cross sell our products and services to customers to enable the British Council to reach its objectives. Read job description.

Eligible candidates should demonstrate competency in:

Generic skills in:

  • Marketing and Customer Service/minimum of two year experience
  • Financial planning and management
  • Knowledge of database systems and basic computer skills
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English
