Lord Mayor of the City of London Reception

The Rt Hon the Lord Mayor of the City of London, Mr Alderman David Lewis, who represents the financial services sector concentrated in the square mile of the City of London visited Hong Kong from 4 to 8 July 2008. Chevening Scholars were invited to the reception, which organised by the British Consulate-General, on 8 July 2008

Welcoming & Reunion Party

On 22 August 2009, the Welcoming and Reunion Party of the British Chevening scheme was held to bid farewell to the 2009-2010 scholars before their departure to the UK.
