The Young Advocates Programme was launched with a reception at the British Council Hong Kong at the end of May. Pop singer Jason Chan Pak-yu and double Paralympic Games gold medallist So Wa-wai attended as the Young Advocates Stars and together with Mrs Jenny Fung, Chairman of the HKPC & SAPD, they announced the 20 selected Young Advocates. The group will join forces and spread the Paralympic spirit in the local community and in September will represent HK at the Youth Forum in Beijing.
