2003年7月，英国首相夫人切丽•布莱尔访问上海，会见上海梅陇中学的女子足球队并在一名女足队员背上签名。

一起为眼睛做运动——2003年11月，体育促进青年人发展研讨会在上海举行。一名英国教师在中国同行的指导下学做眼保健操。

2001年，英国文化协会梦想和团队活动拉开帷幕。15名来自上海各学校的学生干部为他们的同学组织了一场小型运动会。通过一系列组织活动，这些孩子锻炼了领导和决策能力，同时学会如何教育同学们在参加运动比赛时懂得自我保护及公平竞赛。
