	中英湖北职业教育与培训项目

为了增进英国和湖北职业教育机构之间的合作，2001年12月我们和湖北省教育厅签署了中英湖北职业教育与培训合作协议，湖北职业教育与培训项目正式启动。

此后，双方共同组织了多个湖北省政府官员及职业院校校长教师培训班和考察团，湖北省许多职业院校与英国相关院校建立了联系。通过学习英国在职教领域的经验，湖北省已率先在全国提出了职业资格证书与学历证书相互沟通的政策，省教育厅和劳动与社会保障厅正通力合作完善学历证书、培训证书和职业资格证书制度。

我们的目标：

为湖北和英国职业教育提供者之间寻求合作伙伴创立相应的机制。

促进湖北和英国之间的一系列合作项目，加速双方在课程和教材开发方面的交流和发展。

促进湖北和英国职业教育院校之间教师和学生交换互访。发展湖北省职业师资的培训。

提高湖北职业教育管理者（院、校长）的能力。

在湖北引进英国职业教育资格证书。
