重庆职业教育与培训课程设计项目

该项目与重庆市教委在教委确定的三个主要领域开展合作：旅游、电子和信息技术方面开展课程设计研究，旨在提高教委和学校在设计和改革课程方面的能力，以满足中国加入WTO后工业发展和市场需求。

2002年3月，英国顾问来重庆进行咨询访问，确定发展与合作领域。2002年12月由政府官员和职业学校校长组成的重庆职业教育代表团赴英考察。

根据项目计划，英国和中国专家和教育工作者在2003年将召开一系列研讨会，更深入地探讨重庆职业教育课程的设计与改革。
