重庆建筑业现场经理培训项目

该项目旨在通过引进英国职业教育和资格证书为重庆建筑业现场经理建立一个国际标准并提高现场经理的管理水平。合作伙伴包括：

英国皇家特许建造学会 (CIOB)
中国建筑业协会工程项目管理委员会
重庆市建筑业协会
重庆大学

英国皇家特许建造学会（CIOB）已对重庆进行了四次咨询访问。咨询顾问参观访问了重庆市政府机构、建筑公司及现场经理。举办了两次研讨会，讨论基于英国国家职业资格证书(NVQ)的现场经理标准。对重庆首批建筑业现场经理试行了职业标准（草案），今后还将开展进一步试点，并于2003年7月进行评估。

项目开展过程中重庆的专业人士对英国进行了访问：
重庆大学李世荣教授于2001年10月至11月访问英国，学习英国制定和执行建筑业现场经理职业标准的经验。
2002年9月，由重庆市政府官员、大学教授和研究人员、工业界总经理和现场经理组成的代表团于赴英考察。
