志奋领奖学金项目

志奋领奖学金是英国政府最具代表性的旗舰奖学金项目。无论是奖学金的金额，还是其声望都令该奖项在世界很多国家享有很高的知名度。该项奖学金由英国外交和联邦事务部 (FCO) 出资。在中国，志奋领奖学金项目通过英国驻华使馆和在上海、广州及重庆的英国总领事馆进行运作。英国使领馆文化教育处负责管理该项奖学金。(北京、上海、广州以及重庆)。

志奋领奖学金的资助对象是符合申请条件的在中国居住的永久居民，希望申请英国一年的硕士课程的有为人士。奖学金获得者可以根据自己的专业或兴趣选择大学及课程，但前提是所学科目与其目前职业相关。

志奋领奖学金项目竞争激烈。申请人提交的申请表的内容，学历和职业经历，以及英语水平是评估申请人的重要依据。

英国外交和联邦事务部为符合条件的申请人提供的奖学金包括学费及生活费。往年学年的学费最高额度为12,000英镑。生活费足够支持申请人在英国当地的生活消费。同时提供一次国际往返机票及其他相关费用。有些奖学金获得者可能得到英国外交和联邦事务部合作伙伴或赞助商的联合资助。
