THE BOOK

As part of NorthSouthEastWest, we have produced a book in partnership with The Climate Group, featuring images from the exhibition and inspirational essays from international names such as Tony Blair and Leonardo DiCaprio.

What's the book about?
Like the exhibition, the book looks at the ways in which the world's communities are adapting to change, and acting to affect further change. Seperated into themes, the book also includes a related essay from one of the world's leading opinion formers and respected voices. Together, they tell the story of these places and the effects of our changing climate. They show changing patterns in development and urbanisation; townships, islands, forests, seas and landscapes. It looks at the threats that millions face to their food supplies, fresh water, health, culture and even the existence of their countries. But it also details a range of solutions; big and small ideas; some simple, others technically complex; but all positive steps in the right direction.
