Why the change?
Global
Gateway and Windows on the World both offered a
partner linking service. By merging the two, we can
offer a larger, better service with more partners to
link with.
What's the difference between Windows on the World
and Global Gateway?
Global
Gateway offers a partner linking service similar
(but even better) to the Windows on the World linking
service, and also offers you far more. Windows on the
World was managed by the British Council. Global
Gateway is managed by the British Council.
I was registered on Windows on the World, what has
happened to my details?
We wrote to you asking if you wanted your details moving to Global
Gateway. If you said yes, we moved them and wrote to you telling you we had done this. If you didn't, we deleted your entry. If your entry was deleted, you can still go to Global
Gateway and re-register.
Will my old usercode and password work on Global
Gateway?
It should. We had to change one or two. If you have problems, write to info@globalgateway.org.uk
I came here hoping to find a partner school. What
do I do now?
You can find one on the Global
Gateway.
I came here to register my school. What do I do
now?
You can register your school on the Global
Gateway
I came here looking for something else. What do I
do now?
