Eligibility

Artists who are Welsh born and/or Welsh resident, between the ages of 17-25 are eligible to participate. Proof of age may be required.

Declaration

By entering this competition you hereby agree to the following terms and represent and warrant that:

1 - Age - All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate. You further represent and warrant that you are between 17-25 years of age.

2 - Copyrights – that the work you will be submitting is original artwork created by yourself and the work does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other intellectual property rights of any person or entity. British Council Wales may reject entries that it considers inappropriate for any reason. All artwork submitted to the competition may be used for the benefit of British Council Wales in any way, with or without attribution.

3 - Selected Artists - if your work is shortlisted you agree that you will follow all of the competitions procedures for promotion and exhibition.
