JOB VACANCY – ADMIN & FACILITIES MANAGER

The British Council in Vietnam works with individuals, educational institutions, government and business to deliver programmes in Education and society, English, and the arts. We are now looking for an experienced professional to manage administration and facilities functions across all activities of British Council in Hanoi. Based in Hanoi, you will manage:

  • the delivery of a range of facilities management services, including office premises, furniture and equipment, vehicle to ensure that the premises provide a high quality, comfortable, safe and efficient working environment for all staff, customers and visitors.
  • the outsourced cleaning, security, facilities staff and services.
  • the delivery of a range of administration services, including procurement, travel and accommodation, health & safety, visa and work permits, office contracts and admin management information, relationships with customers, business partners and suppliers.
  • budget monitoring and forecasting
  • admin staff and office driver

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate strong evidence of behaviours and similar experience in:

  • High sense of responsibility, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Financial and Risk Management Skills
  • 3 years or more experience in admin and facilities management would be desirable

Annual gross salary following British Council local grade G, according to experience and qualifications
