International Vocational Qualifications (IVQs)

City & Guilds provides IVQs in almost all industries, from engineering to hairdressing and beyond. IVQs provide recognition for the knowledge and practical skills of learners.  

Whether you are a beginner or advanced learner our IVQs allows you to progress from Certificate, to Diploma and Advanced Diploma level.  After successful completion of each level you will be awarded a Certificate of Unit Credit and if all levels are completed, you will achieve the full qualification.

Skills for the modern office

Single Subject qualification covers all the key skills that both employers and employees need in the modern office from accounting to word processing. They are recognised by employers all over the world, so you can take them with you when you travel!

Where can I take the exam?

City & Guilds exams can be taken at any approved City & Guilds centres or online for a limited number of programmes.

When can I take the exam?

Exams take place during May and June and during November and December.

How do I register for a City & Guilds qualification?

You can visit the City & Guilds website for more information on your chosen subject.  Once you are sure of your choice, you can contact any approved City & Guilds centre to register for an exam.  You may choose to register as an independent candidate with the Malaysia branch office.
