I am from Co. Durham in the north-east of England. I studied Music at university and taught piano and guitar before I left England eight years ago.

I did my TEFL training in Prague, and have taught English in Taiwan, Korea and Saudi Arabia. I came to Vietnam four years ago, and will probably be here for a few more! I am studying for an MA in Linguistics at the moment.

In my dwindling free time I read, and I try to get to the swimming pool a few times a week
