| My name’s Leath and I’m one of the new arrivals here in Hanoi. I completed my TEFL certificate in 1997, and then set sail for Spain. After a year there - and having developed a taste for the Latin lifestyle – I went to South America for another two. Financial pressures led to Japan; which led to a curiosity for Asia, and now I’m finally in Vietnam - which is one of the places I’ve always wanted to come. It’s even better than I had expected, although I’m still struggling to find a ‘house’ small enough for one man! |
