| Oliver Steel is Assistant Teaching Centre Manager at the British Council Teaching Centre in Hanoi. He has a BA (Hons) degree in Modern History and Modern Languages (French) as well as the UCLES Certificate (CELTA) and Diploma (DELTA) in TEFL. He has been teaching English for over fifteen years and, before coming to Vietnam, he worked in Switzerland, Morocco and Egypt. Most of his time is devoted to academic management - providing support for the teaching staff, developing the course portfolio and managing the quality of teaching centre products and processes. |
