Step 1 - Contact us

Step 2 Placement Test and Registration form

You will be given a pre-test filter lasting about 5 minutes before taking the 40 minute written test that tests grammar, vocabulary and reading followed by a short interview with a teacher. The teacher will then tell you your result.  It costs VND 100, 000 in Ho Chi Minh city and 120,000 in Hanoi.  You will also need to fill in a registration form.

Step 3 - Sign up.

Our customer service staff will advise you what classes are available and the times/days.  Please be aware that we may not be registering for courses at the moment and you must wait for the new registration date that the customer service staff will give you.  You need to call first on this date to see whether there is a space in your preferred class before coming to pay.  

During registration, the customer service staff will either register you for the course if there is a space and if you have the money to pay with you or make a reservation.  You will need to pay by the deadline given to you or you will lose the space.  

If courses at your level are full we will put you on our waiting list.

Step 4 - Pay

Course fees should be paid in Vietnam dong and before the course starts. Payment can be made in cash, by credit card in Vietnam dong at the British Council office or by bank transfer to the British Council bank account. Any bank charges shall be incurred by the customer. Course fees are non-refundable, except in some special circumstances.   You will be given a receipt for your payment which you should bring to class on the first day.  You will receive your books on the first day of the course.
