HOW TO REGISTER
MEET OUR TEACHERS
ARE YOU AN EXISTING STUDENT IN HO CHI MINH CITY?

Want to continue studying with us?  Simply follow the steps below.  

ENGLISH FOR ADULTS AND YOUNG ADULTS (HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS GRADES 10 – 12)

Step 1: Obtain a re-registration schedule

Re-registration takes place in week 6 and week 7 of the 8-week course.

We normally inform you about the re-registration schedule through notices on the stairs, in the classrooms and through your teacher.

Step 2: Make an appointment to come and pay

You will need to contact our Customer Services staff to make an appointment to come and pay your course fees. Please sign up early to avoid disappointment. From week 8 new students can sign up.

If you want to move to a different study pattern (e.g. morning to evening), you will need to register after re-registration has finished. You should still need to make an appointment in advance.  Although it is better to re-register for your existing class first and then see whether you can transfer later.  

Step 3: Start your new term

YOUNG LEARNERS (GRADES 2 – 9 PRIMARY AND LOWER SECONDARY STUDENTS)

Want your child to continue studying with us? Simply follow the steps below.

Step 1: Obtain a re-registration schedule

Re-registration takes place in week 13 - 15 of the 16-week course.

We normally inform you about the re-registration schedule through a letter which is handed to your child by class teachers or temp in week 12 of the term. We also send you a SMS.

Step 2: Make an appointment to come and pay

You will need  to come and pay course fees for your child by the deadline. Please sign up early to avoid disappointment. From week 16 new students can sign up.

If you want your child to move to a different study pattern (e.g. morning to evening), you will need to transfer your child after re-registration has finished. You should still need to make an appointment in advance.

Step 3: Your child starts their new term

Your child will continue to learn and progress in their English
