HOW TO REGISTER
MEET OUR TEACHERS
ARE YOU/ IS YOUR CHILD AN EXISTING STUDENT IN HANOI?

If you/your child want to continue studying with us, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Ask about our re-registration schedule

Re-registration takes place in weeks 6 and 7 of an adult/young adult course and from week 12 to week 15 of a Young Learner course.

For Adult and Young adult students, your teacher will usually give you a Newsletter informing you about our re-registration schedule in Week 5 of the term.

For Young Learner students, we will usually send parents a Newsletter or a letter informing you about our re-registration schedule in week 11 of the term.

Step 2: Come and pay at your convenient time

You can come at anytime during our service hours.

Please sign up early to avoid disappointment. For adult and young adult courses, new students can sign up from Week 8. For young learner courses, new students can sign up from Week 16.

If you/your child want to move to a different study pattern (e.g. morning to evening), you will need to register on the last day of the re-registration period. You will still need to make an appointment in advance.

Step 3: Start your new term
