2. Recommend a friend … (for all students)

If you recommend a friend or a family member for an Adult course or a course for High School students, both could receive a 10% discount for one term. See conditions below:

  • The friend cannot have studied at British Council before.
  • Existing students have to be registered for the January 2012 term to be qualified for this.
  • Existing students who have paid course fees for the January 2012 term and then introduce a friend, will get the discount the following term.  
  • If no place is available for one or both, the discount can not be offered.
  • Placement test fee is non-refundable.
  • The maximum discount that can be claimed is 10% for bringing one or more friends. If one of the registered friends consequently requests a refund or deferral, s/he will be liable to pay back to the British Council the total amount of discount received for both friends, i.e. 20% of a course fee.
