Content This will be the first in a series of six East Asia policy dialogues which will be held in Vietnam, Australia, Malaysia, China, Singapore and Japan which aim at informing and strengthening policies and practice, bringing benefits at both a national and regional level around the opportunities and challenges in Higher Education for 21st century. These dialogues also play a critical role in establishing long term trust and sustained partnerships between Higher Education institutions and business/ industries worldwide.
