*** UKAV members are required to make a small contribution of 200.000VND for each attendance at the event in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. Partners/spouses of members are welcomed to join at a full cost of 700.000VND/each attendance (for buffet dinner). Drinks and other expenses are free.

Please bring with you copy of certificate or confirmation letter of course completion (provided by your university) when doing registration at Gala. There will be a dedicated table for new members, where you can submit your copy of certificate and collect your invitation. We regret that without this document, we can not accept your registration.
