The British Council Hanoi is looking for one enthusiastic teacher of English to join our teaching team from 28 February 2012 or as soon as possible.
You will have a first degree and a TEFL-Q qualification (DELTA or equivalent), or be TEFL-I qualified (CELTA or equivalent) and interested in committing to further training. You must also be a highly proficient user of English with extensive young learner and adult teaching experience. As a member of the teaching team, you will deliver high quality lessons on our full range of courses and will be looking to develop your experience in all areas with highly motivated groups of Vietnamese students.
We are committed to Continuing Professional Development, and there are opportunities for teachers to participate in INSETT, receive funding for DELTA and receive intensive YL training as well as train as an IELTS examiner (the last named depends on operational needs). There are also opportunities to get involved in ELT projects and other non-teaching work.
