The Centre offers three main types of self-access packages - General English, IELTS Preparation and Personal and Professional Development (PPD). We also issue temporary cards for occasional visitors. Here is a brief description of the membership packages.
Available for: teachers, graduates, returnees of the UK scholarship programmes, employees of NGOs, joint ventures, members of creative communities, specialists from government and international agencies, British exams candidates (except IELTS), journalists, doctors, researchers.
The membership is valid for 6 months. The membership fee for teachers is 15,000 soums, others- 25,000 soums. UK programme returnees will be given free membership (they will also be offered 2 hours of Internet use per month free of charge).

This package is available for IELTS test candidates. It is valid for 6 months and the fee is 25,000 soums.

To obtain an IELTS Preparation package you need to show your passport, provide 2 photos and pay the fee.
Available for: adults in profession seeking for information for personal and professional development in English. The package will be of interest and use to employees, managers and those at director level as well as to trainers and facilitators.
The membership is valid for 6 months. The membership fee is 30,000 soums.

Please note, to get the training package you are required to deposit your driving licence, diploma test records book or military card
The temporary card is valid for two weeks (with no renewals) and it is free of charge. The card will allow you to use the Learning Centre resources for reference.
