A prestigious award to fund your UK postgraduate studies

Have you recently enrolled, or would you like to enrol, on a twelve month postgraduate course in the UK? Do you want help with funding your studies? Are you 35 or under and already experienced in your chosen career? Would you like to develop your career and become part of an influential global alumni network? Then a British Chevening Scholarship could be right for you.

What is a Chevening Scholarship?

The Chevening scheme is a prestigious award scheme for postgraduate students who would like to study in the UK. This is an annual programme funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and administered by us. This highly-competitive scheme offers full-time postgraduate scholarships to outstanding graduates and leaders of tomorrow from Uzbekistan to pursue relevant postgraduate studies in the UK.

Chevening Scholarships are fully-funded, covering course fees, a monthly stipend, arrival and departure allowances and return airfare.

Why should I choose a Chevening scholarship?

The Chevening scholarship is a prestigious award that gives the chance to experience a world-renowned education system. In addition, this provides you with the opportunity to experience UK life and meet other Chevening scholars.

Can I Apply?

You can apply if you have  excellent academic record and experience, good English language skills and a clear understanding of the importance of your study.

You should have at least two years' work experience, with an excellent track record illustrating your achievements, and evidence that you will become a leader in your chosen field. You will also need a university degree and good English language skills (most UK Higher Education institutions require a minimum IELTS score of 6.5 for admission to postgraduate courses).
