Information sheets on specific subject areas

Our guidance notes on specific professional subjects give you advice on how study is organized and how to apply for admission.

It is important that you check whether your UK professional degree will be recognized in full in the US. For most professions, each state sets its own certification policies, though a national body usually oversees all state guidelines. Either the state or national body for your chosen profession should be able to provide you with more information on transferability of qualifications from the UK to the US.
