Autumn Term (48 clock hours)

			Courses dates:		11 September — 3 December 2008
			Lessons:		two times a week for two hours; the possible schedule of the groups is: 0730—0900, 0930—1130, 1145—1345, 1315—1515, 1715—1915, 1930—2130; some groups take place on Saturdays for 4 hours

Registration

The next registration period will be for the Winter term. In order to register for the group, you should take a placement test which will determine your level of English. In order to sign up for the placement test please call us at +380 44 490 5601 or write an email to study.english@britishcouncil.org.ua on 8 September 2008 starting from 0900.

Please pay attention to the fact that you may call or write an email only on the date mentioned above.

Placement tests will take place every Wednesday in September and October 2008 at 1300 and 1345. Available places for the placement test are limited. Placement test does not guarantee you a place in the group.

Re-registration

Re-registration for the autumn term for our Spring term and Summer Intensive students will take place according to the below schedule.

	Current levels 1—6			26—27 August 2008
	Current levels 7 and higher			28—29 August 2008

Adults tested in March—August (inclusive) but not placed in the group may register on:

	Levels 1—6			1 September 2008
	Levels 7 and higher			2 September 2008

Re-registration time: 1100—1900.

Course fee is
3000 UAH — morning, afternoon and evening groups (1715—1915),
3100 UAH — evening groups at 1930—2130,
3200 UAH — English for Lawyers (ILEC preparation course),
1500 UAH — IELTS and FCE 24-hour preparation course.
Books are not included in the course fee.

Intensive summer 1-2008 (48 clock hours)

			Lessons:		from Monday to Friday five times a week for 3 clock hours from 1500 to 1800 or from 1830 to 2130

Intensive summer 2-2008 (48 clock hours)

			Courses dates:		29 July — 19 August 2008 No places available
			Lessons:		from Monday to Friday five times a week for 3 clock hours from 1500 to 1800 or from 1830 to 2130

Intensive summer 3-2008 (48 clock hours)

			Courses dates:		20 August — 5 September 2008 No places available
			Lessons:		from Monday to Friday five times a week for 4 clock hours from 1200 to 1630 or from 1700 to 2130

Intensive course fee is
2750 UAH — 48 hour course,
1375 UAH — 24 hour course (IELTS and FCE preparation).
Books are not included in the course fee.

Young learners and Teens (8—16 years old)

Academic year 2008—2009 (120 clock hours)

			Courses dates:		11 September 2008 — 18 May 2009
			Lessons:		three times a week for 1 hour 20 minutes or twice a week for 2 clock hours

Young learners course fee is
7500 UAH payable in three instalments.
