Get ready to your IELTS, FCE or CAE exam

IELTS

The IELTS exam is suitable for those who are:

  • going to enter an English-speaking school, college or university
  • intending to emigrate to Canada, New Zealand or Australia
  • planning to attend training courses in an English-speaking environment
  • interested in enhancing their overall language skills.

We offer

  • 20-hour intensive exam preparation courses for both Academic and General IELTS (minimum level 11)
  • 40-hour IELTS preparation courses: IELTS Intermediate Academic + General (minimum level 7), IELTS Advanced Academic + General (minimum level GAdv1)

The course focuses on improving your familiarity with the format and content of the IELTS exam and aims to provide exams strategies and techniques necessary to take the IELTS exam with confidence.

FCE

The FCE exam is suitable for those who are:

  • going to work or study in an English-speaking environment
  • intending to obtain an international qualification in English
  • keen to practise communicating in English in real situations
  • interested in enhancing their overall language skills.

Our FCE 20-hour exam skills course (minimum level 14) provides exams strategies and techniques necessary to take the FCE exam with confidence. Training is provided for all 5 examination papers: Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening and Use of English.

CAE

The CAE exam is suitable for those who are:

  • going to enter an English-speaking school, college or university
  • planning to obtain an international qualification in English
  • keen to practise English for real world situations
  • interested in enhancing their overall language skills.

This is a 20-hour intensive exam preparation course with a minimum level of Advanced 4.

The course provides training in listening (improving your ability to understand a wide variety of spoken language), reading (reading and using a variety of authentic texts), writing (practice in producing a variety of text types), speaking (developing fluency and accuracy in a range of contexts) and use of English (acquiring an in-depth knowledge of structures and vocabulary).

CPE

Our new CPE 20-hour intensive exam preparation course is open to existing students who have completed all our CPE courses at C2 or new students who have tested in at C2.2 on the CEF scale.

The course provides training in:

  • listening (improving your ability to understand a wide variety of spoken language)
  • reading (reading and using a variety of authentic texts)
  • writing (practice in producing a variety of text types)
  • speaking (developing fluency and accuracy in a range of contexts)
  • use of English (acquiring an in-depth knowledge of structures and vocabulary).

  • examination strategies and techniques
  • guided home tasks
  • exam practice.

We offer counselling and a certificate on completion of the course.

Please note that payment for the course does not include a fee for exam itself.

The examination preparation courses are not essential if you want to take the exam.
