Continuous placement testing |
| Continuous placement testing usually takes place on Wednesdays. The registration for placement testing for the Winter term is over now. The registration for placement testing for the Spring term will begin on 14 December 2009. |
To join any kind of courses you need to take our placement test. Once you have been tested, we will be able to advise you of your level. Testing is held once a week during term time, and for the whole week immediately prior to the start of a new term. The new exclusive British Council International Language Assessment (ILA) is a specially designed placement test to ensure that you are in the correct class. The test has been designed by the UK’s leading testing and assessment specialists, Barry O’Sullivan and Cyril Weir, and has been piloted at British Council centres around the world. Please note that the new placement test takes about 70–80 minutes.
You may join an adult course at the British Council Teaching Centre if you are 17 and over. But we also have courses for children and teenagers.
