The British Council’s Resource and Information Centre in Odessa reopened in August 2005 at the new address – 33 Fontanskaya Doroga, International Humanitarian University, room 107.
We welcome everyone who is interested in the modern UK and English to use our new services:
- electronic subscriptions
- new British films on DVDs
- music CDs
We also offer our information services, administer ESOL, distance learning and professional examinations, as well as run activities in the areas of the English language, Education, Arts, Science and Governance.
The British Council in Odessa was officially opened by the British Ambassador in February 1997.
Our work covers four regions of South Ukraine – Odessa, Mikolayiv, Kirovohrad, Kherson – and the Crimea.
