The British Council is pleased to inform you that it is in the process of producing a ‘WHO IS WHO’ directory for the UBAA. It will incorporate a photograph and a brief biography of the bearer. If you want to be included in this Directory, please complete this form and pay a process fee of Uganda Shillings 5,000= (Five thousand) only. After the directory is published, it will be sold at a fee to be agreed by the Alumni Association. (The original form has been revised in order to collect more comprehensive and relevant data for the Directory therefore those who have already  paid the Shs. 5,000= need not pay again)
