DELPHE replaced the Higher Education Links programme with some changes.

Applications were invited from Higher Education Institutions in August 2006.  Some of those received were submitted to British Council Manchester for onward submission to the Selection Committee for a final decision.  The results will be communicated to the applicants early October.
