On joining the Education UK Partnership, you gain access to the following services:

Education market information, research and intelligence (EMI)
Exhibitions, events and missions

Trans-national education (TNE)

Boarding school partnership members have access to some additional sector-specific services.

Partnership services are available in the 18 Partnership-supported countries. Services standards may differ from country to country due to local circumstances. Our education managers in-country are dedicated to supporting you. For further details on specific services and market advice for a particular country, please contact the Partnership liaison for that country.

Please note that as part of our on-going commitment to improving the level of service that we offer to our members, we are currently reviewing the existing service provision.


Education market information, research and intelligence (EMI)

International student data at higher education, further education and school level.
Eighteen annually updated country profiles.
Student decision making survey data (over 84,000 students tell us what they think), including automated reports.
HE student data early reporting.
At least ten on-line tutorials (webinars) throughout the year on how to use the EMI tools as well as analyses of this data.
Market intelligence reports (for example on TNE).
Invitations to attend market briefings to give you on-the-ground market intelligence from our in-country education managers.
Two in-country market briefings per year.
The opportunity to book individual appointments at the annual Partnership Conference with experts from overseas.
Invitations to attend seminars and workshops on specific areas, such as TNE.


Exhibitions, events and missions
Overseas exhibitions are a valuable tool for recruitment. We organise over 50 education exhibitions around the world each year. From small, focused events, to large-scale exhibitions attracting over 30,000 visitors, the exhibitions provide a platform for you to promote your courses to prospective students and build links with local education providers. As a Partnership member, you pay 50 per cent less than non-members and receive priority booking.

You can receive support and advice when arranging a visit, including local contacts, venue, accommodation and transport, translations and interpreters. You can also access a range of paid-for services, to manage a programme for your institution, for example student interviews or alumni events.


Professional development and training
We offer a range of high quality yet affordable short courses and workshops which have been tailored to the specific needs of international educational marketing and recruitment professionals. Our training programmes are led by internationally-renowned specialists who have extensive experience of working in both the public and private sectors.


Profile and promotion
One of the major challenges which all educational institutions and organisations face in the 21st Century is the ability to engage with students in a relevant and meaningful way. For many, the virtual communication environment has come to occupy a position of unparalleled importance, often at the expense of more traditional channels. On-line research is now a major part of the student decision-making process.

With the Education UK websites attracting over one million visitors a month, a profile page is a great way to promote your institution. As a Partnership member, you receive a profile page to sell your benefits with inspiring copy and images, while also providing a one-stop-shop for students to find out all the information that they need.

For further impact, you can also access a range of other opportunities:

profiling and promotional opportunities in local country publications
commissioned mailings
UK inward visits.

Relationship management and communications

Invitation to the annual Partnership Conference and regional meetings, exclusively for UK schools, colleges and universities that are members of the Partnership, where you can gain knowledge of global issues and market trends.
You will receive a monthly Partnership newsletter keeping you updated on news and market opportunities.
Invitations to attend seminars and workshops on global market developments.


Trans-national education (TNE)
You will have access to a range of services to help UK institutions launch and promote successful TNE programmes. The services are designed to help you:

plan your TNE activities more effectively with market intelligence
find international partner institutions looking to collaborate
meet students and parents interested in UK TNE programmes at events and exhibitions
promote your courses directly to students through targeted web, print and marketing
gain local contacts, advice and support
market intelligence: reports on the opportunities and challenges for UK TNE
brokering: TNE managers providing consultation and listings of in-country institutions looking to partner with UK institutions
exhibitions: TNE zones at Education UK exhibitions and events
marketing: listings and profiling on the Education UK website and publications
communications: regular market updates
in-country support from dedicated TNE staff
in-country support and contacts.
