Talking English

Dear Colleague

Now your students can take listening materials from the British Council with them on their travels. A range of podcasts at elementary and intermediate levels are now available on the British Council’s LearnEnglish website. There are podcasts for kids and professionals on subjects ranging from science to poems and stories. You can listen to these on a mp3 player or on a computer.

For any of you running summer schools this year there are there some great links this month to materials for kids – there is a comic strip from Brazil and loads of ideas on how to keep all your learners on track during the ups and downs of the summer school day.

Have a great summer!
