In the 21st century, international perceptions of successful, progressive and contemporary societies depend to a very large extent on achievements that are essential to knowledge societes: the generation and exploitation of knowledge or intellectual capital; the fostering of creativity and innovation; the pervasive use of new information and communications technologies.

Our knowledge and information services works in partnership with the NGOs, governmental bodies and educational institutions in Turkey to foster digital inclusion and improving the competitive and open knowledge societes in the light of the UK experience.
