STEP I: From the below table, you can see the 2012 exam dates and registration windows.

IMPORTANT NOTES for STEP I:

			There is a change in the application procedure,  the deadline and provisional entry date will be the same day 8 weeks prior to the exam date
			We CAN NOT accept applications after the deadline.
			If you need to change the exam date 4 weeks prior to the exam date, you need to pay a fee of 25 GBP to change the date.
			No refund is made for cancellations made within last 4 weeks prior to the test date.
			PLEASE always keep in mind that the oral sessions may take place on another date
			The British Council will not accept the students into the examination whose names are not on the registration lists.

STEP II: Please bear in mind that 2012 Exam fees are in GBP.

YLE exam fee per candidate is 38 GBP. Please make sure that each candidate transferred 38 GBP to the British Council’s (GBP) account

			Please make sure that you check the INSTRUCTIONS for the BLOCK ENTRY FORM before filling in the form
			Please make sure that you check the bank receipts whilst entering the candidate DATA.

This year we continue to offer 15% discount for schools who decide to enter (bundle) all of their students at a certain grade to the CESOL Examinations. For example, if all 4th graders sit Movers exam at the same session, we offer 15% discount of the regular Movers Exam fee. This condition requires a signed letter from the school administration stating that all of their students at a certain level take CESOL examinations with the British Council  

STEP VI: After you make the payment and send the block entry form via e-mail, please send the bank receipts either by post or in person. Please contact British Council to confirm that your registration has been completed

AFTER THE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED

British Council Examination Services will send a detailed “Exam Day Schedule” to your e-mail account, 1 week prior to the exam date.
