STEP I: From the below table, you can see the 2009 exam dates and registration windows.

IMPORTANT NOTES for STEP I:

			We CAN NOT accept application after the deadline.
			If you need to change the exam date 4 WEEKS PRIOR to the exam date, you need to pay a fee of GBP 30 to change the date.
			No refund is made for cancellations made within last 4 weeks prior to the test date.
			PLEASE always keep in mind that the oral session of the exams may take place on another date.
			The British Council will not accept the students whose names are not on the registration lists.

STEP II:

FCE exam fee per candidate is GBP 79
CAE exam fee per candidate is GBP 84.
CPE exam fee per candidate is GBP 95.

Please make sure that each candidate transferred amount to the British council’s account;

Making the payment to our bank account DOES NOT mean that your students are registered. Please make sure that you complete all the steps before registration.

STEP III: Before the application deadline, make sure that you fill in the ENTRY Form.

IMPORTANT NOTES for STEP III:

			Please make sure that you check the INSTRUCTIONS for the BLOCK ENTRY FORM  before filling in the form
			Please make sure that you check the bank receipts whilst entering the candidate DATA.

This year we will continue to offer %15 discount to schools that decided to bundle any of the Cambridge exams (YLEs or any of the Main Suite exams) fees to the school fees and made it a requirement for all their students at a certain grade to sit these exams. In other words, if they packaged the CEF-linked examinations with their tuition fees and use the CEF assessment in the form of Cambridge ESOL exams as a requirement for all their pupils, we give a 15% discount for that exam.  

STEP VI : Upon completion of candidate DATA entry please contact British Coucnil Examination Services for an appointment to hand in the required documents (block entry forms and bank receipts)

AFTER THE REGISTRATION IS COMPLETED

British Council Examination Services will send the PERSONALISED STATEMENT OF ENTRIES and the Exam Day Schedule”approximetely 1 week prior to the exam date.
