Video Conference Service

We are offering you the opportunity to rent our state of the art video conference facilities. Booking should be made at least 5 working days in advance.

Fees will vary according to:

			Who is establishing the connection (incoming or outgoing)
			Bandwidth you wish to have for the VC session (128, 256, 384 or 512 Kbps)
			Duration (minimum 30 mins then pro rata for every extra 15 mins).

Our VC facility can accommodate up to 25 participants.

Fees:

1.Outgoing call (30-minute slot)

- Session 150 DT

- Connection fees:

• 128 kbps 21 DT
• 256 kbps 42 DT
• 384 kbps 63 DT
• 512 kbps 84 DT

2.Incoming call (30-minute slot)

- Session150 DT

* Refreshments (optional): 6 DT/person
